Aristotle's syllogism:
all men are mortal
Socrates is a man
therefore socrates is mortal
if - then inference
problem discounts the case where the condition is false,
and the resulting case of a vacuous set.
naive logic:
the men of a town are divided into two categories
those shaves by the barber and those who shave themselves:
the statement
each man in this town who does not shave himself is shaved by the barber.
is incorrect , because it discounts the case of the barber himself , if he doesn't shave; he is neither shaved by himself nor by the barber.
the negation of a universal statement , is an existential one.
and so on...
converse
contrapositive
three kinds of anxiety:
behavioral- avoiding work until it gets really overwhelming
interpersonal- lashing out at other people because of your tension.
biological:heavy breathing, paced heartbeat, stomach-ache etcetera
And there was the case of the engineering professor who liked the sound of violins playing in his head. Hallucinations caused by a chemical imbalance caused by an abnormal reaction to a certain stimulus, caused by suppressing that which wants to be expressed physically in some form. Evading the senses , breaching laws and moving into the unbelievable.
then there was the case of a young (innocent)girl molested by her cousin(perpetrator).
Guilt
children
not one really riveting experience , not a single dialogue in the Greek sense just words.

Decalogue???
I want something

I desire
I don't deserve
'bored by monotony' or simply switched-off
Scared dead

I like Freshman..the song
Now we're guilt-stricken solving with our heads on the floor...

look-ism
class-ism
anti-fact factoid

Things I don't like about myself.
No I'm not talking about looks.
I'm a harbinger of offensive(p-word?? there are two p-words one means sexually offensive(or rudely blunt) and the other just means overt(or blunt) no not perverted. They were in that book :Neil Gaiman -'Anansi boys', Anyway I meant to use one of those words and instead was superfluous possibly redundant and so not meeting my objective/s)
Anyway I think sometimes I just run away with myself without considering what my audience is like. (Maybe because i don't know my audience)Or what I mean is I don't want to be routing/polling/vying for the opportune of being read by the kind of ppl that my content seems interesting to.(so I should probably change my content or ____ myself). parenthesis are so annoying(speak for yourself). What does that even mean?(What do think miss.lackadaisical)Was that mis-spelled?('That',no).hmm.
Anyway I'm getting nowhere.
